‘Herskind’ stone-textured vests may dangle over the torso to deliver a slim-fitted finish, but the smooth stitchings of ‘BAUM UND PFERDGARTEN’ knit pieces glide over the skin (through an assortment of playful shape elements). Both fashion labels are scheduled to host runway demonstrations on August 7 during Copenhagen Fashion Week.

UP AHEAD AT COPENHAGEN FASHION WEEK DAY 3:

AUGUST 7, 2024

Since Monday, August 5 - the coastal city of Copenhagen has hosted a medley of runway presentations that mirror the artful finesse of visiting global fashion labels. Copenhagen Fashion Week 2024 has been off to a momentous start with labels such as ‘REMAIN’ making viral impressions on patrons of high fashion. Already, sculptural knitwear brand, ‘A. ROEGE HOVE’ has accentuated elements of cybernetic sensuality through a cohesively themed runway presentation brimmed with enigmatic flux. At Amaliehaven — the open-concept oasis garden in the middle of central Copenhagen, ‘Lovechild 1979’  introduced its SS25 collection that doubles as a living montage amongst earth tones, purified by sleek design compositions. Cutting-edge runway presentations will proceed in the epicenter of Copenhagen until Friday, August 9.

On August 7, fashion labels ‘Herskind’ and ‘BAUM UND PFERDGARTEN’ will go before the global arena of style in their individual SS25 receptions.

‘Herskind’ will present its SS25 collection at one of Copenhagen’s most artistic and central exhibition venues: Øksnehallen. Physical attendance for the runway demonstration is permitted by invitation only. The poise of ‘Herskind’ pieces is held by the design doctrine of blending feminine pieces with masculine styles to create a balanced wardrobe.

Sourcing from Mulesing Free wool to organic cotton, recycled polyester, and FSC-certified viscose — ‘Herskind’ pieces feel like the touch of a rainforest’s whisper. ‘Herskind’ founder and fashion designer, Brigette Herskind has combined creative forces with her daughter Andrea to archetype a new format of minimalist luxury clothing.

Further showcasing its SS25 collection at Copenhagen Fashion Week is Danish fashion house: ‘BAUM UND PFERDGARTEN’ . The upcoming ‘Baum und Pferdgarten’ runway demonstration on August 7 is a historic collaboration between Copenhagen football club, B.93, and their women’s athletic team. The runway presentation will be hosted at Copenhagen’s Østerbro Stadium, where physical attendance for the runway reception is permitted by invitation only.
